Caroline Ladousse’s passion is to make staff aware of their unique set of talents. This true representative of the Y generation was asked to create the Entrepreneurship Chair at ESCP Europe, Madrid, before she hit 30. She travels around the world testing the most innovative ideas or gathering the most up-to-date research carried out in entrepreneurial environments. Caroline has recently developed her own methodology to enable employees to feel good at work : “the jobfulness”. She is trilingual French, Spanish English.


Peter Versluijs is a charismatic facilitator who gained extensive expertise in the design and deployment of change management and leadership development programs in multicultural environments. A Dutchman, he speaks English and French fluently… with a delightful accent ! Throughout his career, he has developed and delivered leadership programs with some of the most prestigious business schools in the world (Insead, Harvard University, Duke, Saïd Business School) and some of the most prestigious strategic consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG).


Following a career as a top athlete (athletics and handball), Mireille Barreau became an international stress and recovery specialist. She has developed her expertise with a variety of tools, including sophrology and cardiac coherence, to help Executives overcome stress and improve recovery. She coaches both the CEOs and top executives of large international groups and SMEs from around the world, on those matters. She works in French and English.


Joel Guillon has an innate talent for spotting, understanding and modeling the excellence that lies in all of us. A self-taught man, his gifts performed miracles when he was working with teenagers in difficulty. His results intrigued the corporate world and he was asked to work with staff. His approach was modeled (MO2I) and later validated by the Center of Applied Sciences at Québec University, Montreal. Joel is a big hearted humanist whose goal is to allow each and everyone of us to find his/her right place in the world, understanding better where it is.

Inge Kallen has a Phd in Psychology and a neuropsychologist. Based on the most recent research in neurosciences, she informs and counsels staff on the best way to tap into their brain resources (concentration, work power, multi-tasking, memory ). Inge is fluent in 4 languages : French, Dutch, German and English.


Sharon Herson is a psychologist, artist and art therapist, who specializes in group dynamics. She enables staff to use art as a powerful means to understand one another better and progress together. Sharon works in French and English.

Melanie Blanchard is specialized in nutrition. She is quite unique in being able to provide simple and pragmatic advice on such a complex subject…and motivate us to follow that advice! Even if her explanations are clear, they are not simplistic as they are founded on multiple sources of research which she analyses along the way. In a nutshell : Melanie is the opposite of a hardcore, killjoy food professional : she is an inspiring, humorous and no-nonsense nutritionist who can convince the most grouchy amongst us, to give healthy food a try.
